When Activa goes wrong

I ordered a "chicken and pork country terrine" from a certain Charlottesville restaurant, hoping for a delicious slice of liver and fat, but was instead given this:

It tasted like dog food and looked the part as well.  The worst part is that it was from a place in Charlottesville where I've had some great experiences (food and companionship alike), and now apparently they want to get into the "molecular" game.
