Edamami Noodle or sheets:
weight of beans x .533 = water to use for puree puree beans
200g puree 13.75 gelatin (gold) 75g H20 5.5 ATIVA TI
slowly! incorperate TI into water ( it will clump )
fold into puree and roll with rolling pin between platic wrap until thin, make sure not to let wrinkles seperate noodles. let set and cut
