Local (for now) chef Tucker Yoder is in the process of opening up a restaurant called the Red Hen in Lexington. It's shaping up to be a locally driven restaurant that has modern influences, something that piqued my attention as completely indicative of the aims of this blog and group. As you'll see in Tucker's blog, he is doing some really cool food that fuses local produce and cutting-edge techniques.
